For years, Jamey has given away a booklet called the "Jazz Handbook" FREE OF CHARGE. This resource is great for jazz fans and students of all levels. Now, he's decided to make most of it available online for download. Note that in the interest of quicker downloads, some of the graphics-heavy pages will not be quite as sharp and clean as an actual hard copy of the handbook.

可否介紹不錯的 comping 教學書, 我一直對一些以chorus 的插音很嚮往.

剛才翻了一下手上的兩本教學書:
Essential Jazz Lines, the style of Joe Pass for guitar (by Corey Christiansen) Mel Bay Publications.

Essential Jazz Lines, in the style of John Coltrane (by Corey Christine and Kim Bock) Mel Bay Publications.

都是play alongs. 裡面有附CD 伴奏曲, 吉他的插音實在不錯. 因為是solo 教學所以chorus 插音譜沒寫. 要抓實在有點懶. 所以問問看你有無好的建議.

我真正投入地接觸 jazz 也才短短時間實在沒辦法給您什麼建議，這方面得請其他朋友補充。倒是記得以前提過啟彬與凱雅的網站上有詳細資料可以參考，台北有家小樂器行叫異想世界，裡頭不少教材好像也都開放讓人閱讀，他們 的網站在此：

上面 zephyros 建議網站中的文章，有關 Comping 的部分寫的都很好，如果對吉他如何伴奏 (尤其像兩把吉他的狀況下) 有疑問，站上那幾篇文章幾乎已經提供所有的解答了。

畫蛇添足一下，有關那篇 I Got Rhythm 的練習，目的是在於如何用和弦中最重要的 3 個音 (根音，3 度音，和 7 度音) 所作出的和弦 (兩種 Chord Shape 分別在 6, 4, 3 弦及 5, 4, 3 弦)。

進階者可試試配合和弦轉位，連接旋律及和弦指型。這種 3 note voice 幾乎是所有 Chord Melody 教材的第一課共通課，因為它提供了一個快速有效的伴奏和聲 (因為封閉和弦，在某些情況下是太慢的 (尤其在 Big Band 中，Full Chord 在需要 unsion 的點會太慢，一定要簡化指型)。
