Thanks for the input. Although I was only looking for a budget upright. The barker's clip sample sounds like electric bass whick I don't like. I have tried my friend's NS design CRM5, also not much acoustic sound. For Doublebass forum, this is the best I can find on web: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=44 There are many brands available on the market. To name a few: Aria, Yamaha, Atelier, Zeta, NS design, BSX, DEAN (pace), Warwick, Ergo,Rubenstein, Kydd,.... There is a list here: http://www.gollihur.com/kkbass/basslink.html#eurb I found Azola, Eminence received most rave regarding to the sound quality of imitating a real one. However, I can not play a real one and do not want to spend to much money on EUB.
Monk 兄 這把 Palatino 看起來不貴 與 Dean Pace 都算是少數較便宜的 EUB 我相信應是Made in china的 你有機會試一下嗎? 如你所說 不希望買把音色像電貝斯的 我試過的一些其他廠牌感覺也是接近 electric 而非 doublebass 若是預算再多一點 或許可買把其他牌二手的 印象中看過二手 azola 賣四萬多
