Seven algorithms emulate the sound and behavior of a 1950’s steel plate reverbs the size of a billiard table, then go far beyond what real plates could ever do, such as changing the size of the plate on the fly and adding modulation to smooth out the inherent metallic sound that plates can generate. ValhallaPlate is true stereo, emulating a steel plate that has 2 input drivers and 2 output pickups. 這個產品我還沒用，不過他的其他 plugins 的確都是非常有個性的，挺適合用於比較有創意的搞法，卻不一定是較一般的 production 做業。我個人是比較喜歡這種設計傾向，反而對於模擬類比實機、強調像不像的數位產品沒啥興趣。Audio Damage 也是這樣的公司，價格不貴、support 不錯。 話說 Valhalla 有個音色特別的免費 delay plugin，有興趣的人可以去下載！
