雖然最近大家都很夯日本MI速彈吉他老師小林信一 不過小弟還是最喜歡Troy Stetina的Speed Mechanics for Lead Guitar 不僅左右手的分開鍛鍊都分的很細(我尤其喜歡The Art of Practicing的分析) 除了作者編曲的功力一絕外，每首歌曲都編的好好聽，tone也是越聽越爽 最近又去買了他2007年的新教材"Fretboard Mastery" 從樂理基本開始講起，除了練英文外，聽力練習也是編的很棒 推薦大家去訂來練!
現在連大村孝佳都出了一本甚麼道場的 沒看過內容,只是挺好奇這群MI出來的還能玩出甚麼花招 (特別是速彈這塊) 感覺這方面的教材內容歧異度不會很大(例句手法等等) 變成如何設計版面專欄引起學習興趣才是成敗關鍵

日本的民族性可能可以從之前很有名的日本人自諷影片 "日本之形" 略知一二 總之就是諷刺日本人作什麼事都愛照本宣科~ Orz 但我覺得, 很多樂風都必須帶有一些環境的加持... 像藍調這類的東西, 很講求即興, 可是對美國人來說, 是他們習以為常的 就像大部份從小到大都聽流行音樂的人, 可以很容易寫出 (或彈出) 他們自己習慣聽的流行旋律 當然這可能可以靠後天補足 (一直聽那一類的音樂之類的...) 不過在對某一樂風還沒有太多認識之前, 照本宣科的去彈奏一些很制式化的教材, 我覺得會比邊猜邊彈還來得有效率 (尤其是當自己還沒培養出那類音樂的直覺時)
看過小林的教學DVD 感想 1 幹麻打赤膊 露乳頭 2 如果你已經彈的蠻快了 會感覺很普通 3 日本人很推崇一定要 up down up down的picking 譬如paul Guilbert & Michael Angelo 左手一定要講究指型 3-note per string 4 歐美的吉他教學老師反而會建議你速彈的picking 要找出最適合自己的方式 5 結論-適合純粹想練快的人
