今年有機會去美國 NAMM show 看到了來自台灣熟悉的臉孔，每當經過他們的鼓組時，目光總會被他們的獨特烤漆色彩及優美的鼓肚紋路給吸引，原來是來自於台灣的DJdrums. 看到很多外國人一直對他們的鼓念念不忘， 跟DJdrums的業務聊天時，得知還有人每天都會去打DJ的鼓，一打就停不下來..... 回來台灣後便一直想知道他們的訊息， 總算在他們的部落格看到一些消息 ， 轉貼給大家看，希望大家多多支持來自台灣本土的優質鼓兒們.... 以身為台灣人為榮呢！...（原來大部份的優質鼓都是台灣作的.....） ==這是一位在今年法蘭克福展購買DJdrums-Olive Green Sparkle Burst Maple Custom的司諾維尼亞籍鼓手 Primoz Jelsevar，他在會場試用過無數的爵士鼓後只打了一次DJdrums就把鼓買走了！以下是他後續跟DJdrums國外業務聯絡對DJdrums的評論: "I have always experimented with drums to get the best performance, but with my custom maple DJ-s, it seems that all experimentation has been pre-made. I have this drums for two weeks and there isnt a thing that i would like to change or modify about them. I can play jazz and fusion grooves and they respond like angels. The next moment i demand all the power and speed i can get from them, and they turn to a metal monster. They have been created for Chaosstar. " 「我為了能有最棒的演出，試過很多不同廠牌的爵士鼓，有時必須作出一些聲音的修正及調整，才能達到我想要聲音。但自從在法蘭克福展上買了這一套DJdrums Olive Green Sparkle Burst Maple Custom覺得這套鼓所釋放出來的聲音完完全全就是我一直在找尋的音色。這套渾然天成的一套鼓，上一秒還是像天使般美妙的聲音，下一秒就像怪獸般地呈現出重金屬的力量及速度感，簡直就是為Choasstar量身打造的一套。 "I like this drums so much, that i have decided to use it for main studio kit for other bands that comes in the studio, because they are so easy to record. Till now i was always borrowing T*ma St*rclasics, but they are not needed any more, because i get more natural sound from DJ-s."
