GT-5韌體更新步驟教學

我也想更新一下說, 不過得先把我借人的 GT-5 拿回來先.. 更新後有明顯的不同嗎?

 

目前我找到的資料只有1.06版的更新項目，

v1.06
1. When going to Manual Mode the DD effect light may be turned
off even when the effect is not disabled.
2. When changing from a "delay" patch to a "delay" patch in
which all of the settings of each patch are identical except for the
Effect Level, the Effect Level of the second patch may not change.
3. A few Sysex problems, both loading and dumping. (Checksum
error)
4. Changes in vowel 1 and 2 in "Humanizer" may not take effect.


問題最多的應該是1.03，就是我換掉的這個，說什麼 MIDI bulk dumps and loading會有問題。 如果已經使用1.06，大部分都是說感覺不出1.06與1.07的差異，所以建議是1.03的一定要換。

應該是屬於MIDI傳輸的部份，如果要用電腦編輯和備份音色，強烈建議要更新韌體。

所有支援MIDI的效果器大多會有官方或非官方的音色編輯軟體，在電腦相當流行的今天，要學會使用這類軟體可以得到事半功倍之效。管理也很方便。

像現在GT-系列、RP系列，都有人推出專用的音色編輯軟體。這都是透過MIDI與受控設備即時溝通。我手上的綜合效果器(包括RACK)都有自己的音色編輯程式。
