You need to check the following before your question can really be answered: 1. straightness of the neck 2. condition of the frets 3. actual height of the action Happy Playing~
By the way, you often sacrifice the tone of your guitar when you set the action too low. And when the action is really too low, your guitar buzzes like crazy. With higher action, you will notice that notes ring out fatter and louder. The action on SRV's No. 1 at 12th fret was 7/64" (2.8mm) on low E and 5/64" (2.0mm) on high E. One can argue that SRV didn't play metal, so he didn't need low action. But one can hardly deny that SRV could play a lot faster and cleaner than many metal gutiarists. I also heard that Yngwie Malmsteen likes fairly high action. Happy Playing~
打弦是很嚴重的問題嗎？ 很多教學vcd中大師把玩他們的吉他而不接amp時 不也都從頭打到尾嗎？ 我的fender從頭也是打到尾....我一直不以為意..... 還是我給誤導了？！ 我一直覺得Fender不接amp時 就是要有打弦的聲音 才夠味！ ....................................... 至於Yngwie那個，是他在和G3時說的。 他說他那時把玩過joy和steve的吉他，說他們的action都調很低。
基本上我覺得打弦只要不會影響音準就好囉!!差音箱也不要太明顯就好了吧!! 我的FENDER低把位也是狂打弦說...但１２格幾乎以後都不會打了..我的弦距都很低的.....但為什麼GIBSON弦距也是很低,可是低把位到高把位都不會打弦...真奇怪???
打弦這種問題，是看你怎麼去看待。因為除非太誇張不然接音箱跟本沒差。 只是一種純粹「奇摩子」的問題。 但是通常手工越棒的琴，如果琴頸調到正常的狀況(正常的狀況是要有一點點 的彎曲)，即使弦距低，只要不刻意彈很大力，也不容易打弦。 同樣的琴頸設定、同樣的弦距，fender的琴最會打弦，尤其是第六弦。 gibson其次、最不會打弦的是jackson usa，這是我個人的經驗， 沒用過的琴就不知道了。
