This Les Paul's serial number has 8 digits (62094610). According to Gruhn's Guide to Vintage Guitars, all Gibsons made in 1964 have 5 digit serial numbers. So this guitar couldn't have been made in 1964. All Gibsons made in 1977 and after have 8 digit serial numbers. Buyers Beware~ Don't be duped by the seller's false representation. I recommend Gruhn's Guide to Vintage Guitars to anyone who is interested in vintage guitars. This book has many useful info and can often help you avoid buying fakes.
