DIY spring reverb

    I added a spring reverb to my amp. Instead of buying a reverb pedal that cost over 5,000 NT I spent 3000 NT on the parts as well as some of my time and I made this... It works quite nicely and it's all tube based and analog and uses a 8AB***** tank. You can order the parts here (michael tone carries it as well): http://www.mojomusicalsupply.com/index.asp

    Nice job. but i think it will affact the tone of your plexi. the amp sound better if you keep it simple. if you want to use reverb, you can use fender 6G15 reverb. it is nice too

    I think it did affect the tone a little but nothing too bad, I just raised the bias and the crunch came right back. I thought about Fender 6G15 but good luck finding it in Taiwan.
